On May 10, the industrial test results of the domestically produced shield/TBM main bearing reducer were released, and the first batch of domestically produced 6-meter-class conventional shield 3-meter-diameter main bearing reducers passed the test, marking the achievement of the localization of my country's shield core components. a new breakthrough.


The main bearing, known as the "heart" of the full-section tunnel boring machine (referred to as the shield machine), bears the main load during the operation of the shield machine, and is a key component of the cutter head drive system. For a long time, my country's shield machine main bearings have been dependent on imports. On July 24, 2015, China Railway Group joined the domestic main bearing reducer technology superior enterprises, declared the national strong foundation project for industrial transformation and upgrading, undertook the construction project of the shield/TBM main bearing reducer industrial test platform, and carried out the key to the domestic main bearing reducer. Technical research and industrial testing.


The shield/TBM main bearing reducer industrial test platform completed the manufacturing, assembly and debugging in June 2018. After full investigation and demonstration, the test was officially started on July 12, 2018. After no-load test, equalization test and There are 3 stages of accelerated test. On June 30, 2019, the 10,000-hour equivalent life test of the main bearing reducer was completed. The application is in good condition, and various parameters and indicators are running normally. Domestic main drive inverter and 500 displacement hydraulic pump have stable performance and high reliability.


In April 2020, through the internal inspection of the main bearing and the reducer, the review experts unanimously approved the loading method and test conclusion of the test platform, and confirmed that the relevant performance of the domestic main bearing reducer used in the subway shield machine has reached the standards and requirements. New major progress has been made in the localization process of my country's shield/TBM core components, which can effectively reduce the dependence on imported components.


On the same day, the world's first small-turn full-section hard rock roadheader for mining rolled off the assembly line in the shield tunnel assembly workshop of China Railway Engineering Equipment Group. The equipment will be used in Sijichun Coal Mine in Guizhou Province, marking that China Railway Equipment's research and development in the field of tunnel boring machines is moving towards a newer, more refined, more cutting-edge and broader direction.


Previously, China's largest diameter (9.83 meters) open hard rock roadheader "Yunling" independently developed by China Railway rolled off the assembly line on May 8. The equipment will be used for the water diversion project in the middle of Yunnan Province. Its successful off-line once again refreshed the domestic hard rock boring machine diameter record, marking the further improvement of the high-end level of China's TBM R&D and manufacturing.
